Key Responsibilities:

• Take over all technical service responsibilities once the project team completes installation and commissioning.
• Respond to customer service requests, diagnose technical issues, and provide on-site or remote troubleshooting.
• Work with Service team on installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair work as required.
• Respond to service requests, analyze issues, and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Work with Service team on installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair work as required.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, user manuals, and handover reports
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for service-related matters
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for each customer interaction.
• Ensure spare parts availability and manage service inventory.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations during site visits.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or service engineering role (fresh graduates with internships may also apply).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently to customer sites

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
