We are seeking a Software Engineering Lead with strong technical expertise, proven hands-on delivery experience, and demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing engineering teams and driving successful project and enhancement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the delivery of software projects and enhancements, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
• Provide technical leadership in solution design, architecture, development, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and delivery milestones.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and DevOps methodologies.
• Support application modernization, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor team performance and support professional development and capability building.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience in full software development lifecycle delivery.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects or platform enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system integration, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern development frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
