Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design and preparation of RFPs for Mechanical in 300mm semiconductor fabrication facilities.
- Oversee and coordinate the design progress of EPC contractors and design consultants, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
- Manage on-site construction activities, focusing on the Mechanical scope, including scheduling, progress tracking, quality control, and system commissioning.
- Lead Operation and maintenance of all mechanical system post-construction, ensuring optimal performance, reliability and efficiency throughout the facility’s lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Facility Mechanical.
- 300mm fab facility mechanical system operating experience, especially Exhaust / Chiller / PCW & Clean Room Systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good skills of computer software e.x. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD etc.
- Candidates with proactive attitude and responsibility good collaboration experiences in construction project.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcome.
- Strong leadership and people management experience, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide teams towards achieving project milestones.
- Goal driven and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Has a growth mindset, prioritizing adaptability, resilience, innovation, and ongoing learning to support business needs.
