- Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished palm oil products in accordance with established specifications and test methods.

- Monitor product quality and process parameters, and provide timely laboratory results to support production operations.

- Investigate abnormal and out-of-specification results and work with Production to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test results, COA and quality reports.

- Assist in maintaining and improving laboratory SOPs, test methods and quality control procedures.

- Support internal and external audits, inspections and continuous improvement activities.

- Provide technical guidance to laboratory technicians/assistants and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
