岗位职责
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Chef in preparing and handling ingredients including seafood, meat, and vegetables.
- Assist in daily kitchen preparation work including cutting, portioning, and sauce preparation.
- Support kitchen operations and food preparation during peak operating hours.
- Assist in basic cooking, deep-frying, and simple wok preparation duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage in accordance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Work closely with supervisors and kitchen team members to support daily operations.
Requirements
- Candidates with relevant kitchen or zi char experience will have an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Willing to learn and possess a positive working attitude.
- Able to work well in a team with basic communication skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Golden Cafe was established in 1998, starting its business from Food and Beverages, and eventually acquiring couple of coffeeshops and food court over the decade, and intend to further expand its business in the upcoming years with its immense resources
Currently there are two operating outlet located at Craig Road (Tanjong Pagar) and Katong Shopping Centre, and a Food Factory at Tua Bay Walk. Golden Cafe is a zi char restaurant, which cater home-style cuisine with a vast range of choices and not to mention wallet-friendly options for all customers!
We have 3 other coffeeshops and other outlets on rent, which we intend to take back once we overcome the manpower crisis. Come join our ranks and help to develop its growth and prosper with us!
