Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists.
• Introduce company products or services professionally.
• Qualify leads based on defined business criteria.
• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and other approved communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams for seamless lead handover.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and communication standards.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, Contact Center, or Inside Sales.
• Strong experience handling outbound calling campaigns.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, etc.) is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with defined KPIs.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
• Customer support or voice process experience.
• Experience supporting SaaS, Technology, Banking, Financial Services, E-commerce, BPO, or Staffing industries.
• Experience working with international or regional customers is an advantage.
