Job Summary

Support project success by coordinating technical activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and assisting project management to ensure timely, compliant, and quality execution of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects to ensure successful completion and execution.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all disciplines and project participants to resolve site issues and maintain work progress.
• Participate in client and contractor site meetings and inspections to verify site installations comply with project technical specifications.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating works to ensure deliverables meet authority standards and project requirements.
• Support project management by preparing proposals, coordinating production activities, and maintaining day-to-day client interactions.
• Assist with project administration tasks as required to support smooth project operations.
• Report site issues, including design or architectural changes that may affect work scope or costs, promptly to the Project Manager.
• Provide monthly progress reports on site work to the Project Manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project objectives.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet concurrent deadlines.
