Software Architect / Lead Developer

We are looking for a Software Architect / Lead Developer with 10+ years of software development experience to provide technical leadership across large-scale C#/C++ platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define software architecture and modernization strategies.
• Lead system design, code reviews, and technical governance.
• Develop and optimize C#/.NET and C/C++ applications.
• Design high-performance systems, decoder architecture, and data-processing solutions.
• Guide teams on design patterns, coding standards, refactoring, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware-software integration issues.
• Mentor senior developers and drive technical debt reduction.

Required Skills:

• Strong C#/.NET + C/C++ experience.
• WPF/WinForms and Windows desktop development.
• SQL Server/T-SQL.
• TypeScript experience.
• Large-scale/enterprise application development.
• Strong architecture, system design, and performance optimization experience.

Good to Have: LTE/5G NR/GSM/WCDMA, Kotlin/Android, geospatial/mapping, Golang, and telecommunications experience.
