Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, delivering technical sales solutions, and managing the full sales cycle to meet customer needs and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals to expand market reach
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions to meet their needs
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase product value
• Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and pricing aligned with customer specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to develop customized solutions for clients
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing to secure deals
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Provide pre-sales technical support and respond promptly to customer inquiries to facilitate decision-making
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and pipeline updates in the CRM system for effective tracking
• Participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to promote products and network
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and performance targets to drive business success

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in technical sales, solution sales, or pre-sales roles
• Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or enterprise solutions to effectively communicate value
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence customer decisions
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers to support sales efforts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address customer challenges
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot for sales management
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required to support sales activities
