About the role

Work closely with the Manager on assigned operational and management tasks across KÖSA outlets. You will conduct spot checks and operational inspections, monitor service standards, and support outlet teams in maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Visit KÖSA outlets regularly to conduct spot checks and operational inspections
• Check service standards, cleanliness, staff grooming, attendance, SOP compliance, and overall outlet condition
• Identify operational issues and follow up with outlet teams on required improvements
• Support and guide outlet teams when additional assistance is needed
• Assist with staff performance monitoring, training, onboarding, and development
• Support stock control, wastage monitoring, inventory checks, and operational reporting
• Assist in handling customer complaints and service recovery when required
• Support new outlet openings, campaigns, events, and other company projects
• Prepare updates and report outlet findings to the Manager
• Carry out other tasks and projects assigned by Management

About you

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B, café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, responsible, organised, and able to work independently
• Comfortable travelling between outlets when required
• Able to work closely with Management while also supporting frontline operations
• Fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin are plus point.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
