Role Description

The Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote SEMARAK Training’s courses and services to professionals and corporate clients in the Energy industry. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing marketing plans, managing digital and offline marketing activities, coordinating sales and promotional events, and preparing marketing materials and content. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients and partners, supporting the sales team with leads and follow-ups, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting on key marketing metrics. The Marketing Executive collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to generate leads, support conversion, and drive brand awareness.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in the training, education, or Energy industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
