What you'll be doing
Solving application incidents
Maintaining Simcorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP)
Solving Batch job incidents
Provide end user support
Authorization management
Constructively escalate to other parties in case of data delivery issues
System monitoring
Ensures ongoing maintenance as well as updating of documentation and test data.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master degree in information technology
6+ years of experience working on Simcorp dimension product.
Knowledge and experience in Simcorp Dimension product maintenance.
Experience in SQL.
Experience with SCD integrations (Data Extractor, APIs, market data feeds), trade lifecycle, financial instruments, and portfolio accounting
Familiar with Batch monitoring tools, Job schedulers (Control-M, Autosys), Log analysis
Experience with FTP/SFTP for secure file transfers and message queues
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting FIX (Financial Information exchange) connectivity issues
Knowledge in Capital Market is a must
Work experience in Finance, banking or insurance industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Autonomy, proactivity, listening and advising are soft skills that we will be vigilant on.
Malaysian candidates preferred
