Job description:

• Conduct DFx, process capability study and FMEA for product design and requirement.
• Develop process flow, bill of material and process drawing for new product.
• Conduct Failure Analysis on technical/quality issues, and prepare FA reports upon the completion of the failure analysis.
• Develop, analyze, and record permanent solution for any problem encountered during project implementation.
• Lead to resolve any technical issues arise during product realization stage.
• Support continuous improvement program and excursions that may happen from time to time.

Skill Required:

• Experience in Sheet Metal fabrication & CNC machining industries.
• Experience in CAD/CAM softwares such as SolidWorks/SolidEgde/Mastercam/Hypermill etc.
• Experience in project management, DFx, FMEA and DoE in product/process improvement
• Analytical and problem solving skills, strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

• Degree in mechanical/mechatronic Engineering or 5 years relevant experience.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
