We’re Hiring!

Noor Singapore is looking for a passionate and experienced

Chef de Partie

to join our kitchen team.

Your Role

Prepare and execute dishes according to Noor’s standards

Take responsibility for your assigned section during service

Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes

Complete mise en place efficiently before service

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage

Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef

Support junior kitchen team members and assist with training

Maintain a calm and organised approach during busy services

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food hygiene

Good knife skills and knowledge of food preparation

Able to work efficiently under pressure

Passionate about food and maintaining high standards

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays

6 days per week
