Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to join our precision engineering team.

Position: CMM Programmer

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CMM inspection programs.

Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.

Operate and maintain CMM equipment (Zeiss, Hexagon, Mitutoyo, or similar).

Prepare inspection reports and ensure product quality meets customer specifications.

Support production and quality teams in resolving measurement issues.

Maintain calibration records and inspection documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of CMM programming experience.

Experience with Zeiss Calypso or other CMM software is preferred.

Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement.

Ability to interpret technical drawings.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
