Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer acquisition, expand store traffic, and improve profitability

Train, motivate, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to sales staff to consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Manage company administration tasks while ensuring strict compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Maintain exceptional store conditions and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience

Conduct regular personnel performance appraisals to identify training needs and support career development

Coordinate staff work arrangements to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation

Oversee daily store management to ensure smooth and effective business operations
