About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Singapore. This role is a hybrid position covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, and HR business partnering. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen and a people-first mindset to help drive our talent agenda and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build talent pipelines for key roles and maintain a strong candidate experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Support annual compensation review, benchmarking, and job evaluation processes
- Advise on salary packages and internal equity to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Administer and review benefits programs to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction
- Work with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate salary and benefits processing
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on org design, workforce planning, and talent development
- Coach managers on people-related issues such as performance, engagement, and team dynamics
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a high-performance culture
- Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with local employment regulations
- Provide trusted advice and practical HR guidance to business leaders and managers
- Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage CPF submissions, manual payroll processing in Excel, and statutory filings such as IR8A and IR21
- Process Work Pass applications for WP, S Pass, and Employment Pass holders, including appeals where required
- Support MOM quarterly surveys and government leave-related claims, including childcare and maternity leave claims
- Coordinate corporate insurance renewals, including negotiation and liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing the required HR records and documentation
- Coordinate with relevant departments on company rental renewals
- Facilitate employee scholarship fee arrangements with NTU
- Provide basic IT and office administration support, including setting up employee laptops from scratch
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to Recruitment, C&B, and HRBP functions
- Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements and HR administration, including CPF, Work Passes, IR8A, IR21, MOM surveys, and government claims
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and advise business leaders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a multinational or tech-driven environment is a plus
