Job Title: Senior Automation Test Engineer

Experience: 8-12+ years

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Test Engineer with 8-12+ years of experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java, BDD/Cucumber, API testing, and performance testing. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, automation framework development experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and BDD/Cucumber.

• Perform automated testing for web applications, APIs, and databases.

• Implement test scripts using JUnit, TestNG, and Page Object Model (POM) frameworks.

• Conduct API testing using SOAP UI and Postman.

• Perform performance testing using JMeter.

• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies.

• Work with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for test automation execution.

• Utilize Git, Bitbucket for version control and Maven for build automation.

• Execute and maintain automation scripts on Windows and Linux environments.

• Write and execute SQL queries for database validation.

• Use JIRA for test management and defect tracking.

• Identify, analyze, and report defects, and work closely with the development team for resolution.
