Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead formwork workers on site.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor formwork installation and dismantling works.
• Ensure work quality and compliance with safety requirements.
• Read and understand construction drawings.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in formwork/construction works.
• Experience in supervising workers on construction sites.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
