The Operations Executive will provide administrative, back-end and operational support for T Bar, with a key focus on supporting MOE school operations, managing HQ stock inventory and assisting with drink stall operations when required.



Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day administrative and back-end support.
Prepare documents, reports, invoices, purchase orders and other operational records.
Coordinate with suppliers, outlets and internal departments.
Maintain proper filing and documentation.
Follow up on operational matters and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Be the main support contact for assigned MOE school accounts/outlets.
Manage and monitor stock inventory and coordinate replenishment when required.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock checks.
Coordinate stock receiving, storage and distribution to outlets.
Provide operational support to drink stalls when required.
Assist with manpower coverage during shortages or peak periods.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative, F&B or operations experience preferred.
Good organisational and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Comfortable working in both an office and F&B operational environment.
Hands-on attitude and willing to support outlet operations when required.
