The candidate does required to undergo a training at Pontian before place at Iskandar Puteri.

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general accounting records, including daily sales, service transactions, and parts inventory costing.
• Process invoicing for vehicle sales, workshop jobs, and parts sales, ensuring alignment with system records and sales documents.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all cash, cheque, and online transactions reconcile with bank statements.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) including supplier invoices for vehicle purchases, spare parts, and workshop supplies.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) by monitoring customer balances, dealer accounts, and following up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare and manage a full set of accounts, including payroll, overtime claims, sales incentives, and statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO).
• Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring accounts are accurate, supporting documents are complete, and reports tally with physical stock and vehicle registers.
• Collaborate with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure all financial data is captured and properly classified.
• Ensure financial statements and ledger entries comply with accounting standards and automotive business policies.
• Assist in internal and external audits, tax submissions, and management reporting.
• To perform any other duties specified by superior.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
