Job Description

We are looking for an Executive, Supply Chain to support demand planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, order fulfilment and supply chain performance monitoring.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends and business requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability while minimising excess inventory.
• Manage inventory control activities, including stock reconciliation, cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order fulfilment, stock allocation and delivery schedules.
• Track and analyse supply chain performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to support operational requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service levels and cost optimisation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management or Demand Planning.
• Good understanding of inventory control, forecasting and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
