Job Summary

Join our team as an admin assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract to maintain smooth daily operations and provide basic accounting support in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations during the contract period
• Provide accurate and timely support for Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification and payment tracking
• Support Accounts Receivable activities by assisting with billing, payment follow-ups, and record maintenance
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain continuity and meet operational deadlines
• Organize and maintain documentation related to accounting and administrative functions

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
