Job Description
Park + Associates is looking for an intermediate Project Architect. An ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience in Singapore and familiarity with local building regulations and authority submissions. The candidate would be highly driven and dedicated with excellent communication skills and a great attention to detail. To be successful in the role, the candidate should possess a team-oriented personality and at the same time, be able to work independently.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea
Working closely with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout design development and implementation stages
Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities and all other stakeholders
Preparing submission drawings to authorities
Preparing and producing construction documents and specifications
In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion
Requirements include:
Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience
A strong passion for architecture and design
Well versed in submissions and compliances
Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials
Capacity to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
Design oriented with a flair for creativity and keen eye for detail
