Job Summary

You will supervise and support the on-site cleaning team to deliver daily cleaning operations, maintain cleanliness standards, and communicate with clients to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the on-site cleaning team to execute daily cleaning operations at client premises efficiently
• Monitor and follow up on periodic cleaning schedules and client requests to ensure service quality
• Assign cleaning duties and ad-hoc tasks to site team members to meet operational requirements
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed to maintain overall cleanliness standards
• Communicate clearly with clients to address operational needs and gather feedback for service improvement
• Identify and report equipment faults promptly to clients and management for timely resolution
• Adapt to rotating shifts including AM, PM, midnight shifts, and non-weekend off days based on job location
• Use web browsers and mobile applications to support operational tasks and communication
• Read, speak, and write English to understand instructions and communicate effectively with clients and team

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant cleaning or supervisory experience
