Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale and complex projects across multi-project environments.
• Own and maintain integrated project plans covering:
• Scope
• Timeline
• Budget
• Risks
• Resources
• Quality
• Communication
• Define and establish suitable delivery models to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate and monitor work packages and team activities.
• Manage project communication and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Track and report project status, risks, issues, and impediments regularly.
• Prepare project proposals and project cost estimates.
• Act as the primary interface between customers, stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Lead and structure project teams while ensuring effective resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and data security requirements.

Agile & Scrum Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of an Agile mindset and ensure adherence to Agile values and principles.
• Ensure transparency around project progress, risks, and impediments.
• Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners and development teams.
• Act as Scrum Master across multiple Scrum teams, typically 3–9 members per team.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Scrum teams toward improved performance and continuous improvement.
• Support sprint planning, execution, and achievement of sprint goals.
• Identify and remove obstacles that may impact delivery.
• Promote effective Agile practices across project teams.

RequirementsMust-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of total working experience in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience managing projects within an Agile environment.
• Experience handling multiple Scrum teams across different projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong ability to identify obstacles and proactively drive resolution.
• Strong project planning, delivery, and stakeholder management experience.

Nice-to-Have

• Agile certification such as PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other Scrum Masters.
• Experience participating in or driving large scale Agile transformation.
