Sat & Sun: 7.15am - 5pm

Mon & Tue: off days

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate team members, ensuring high quality of food is maintained
• ⁠Assist the main Cook with cooking and assemble sandwiches, burgers, fries and other menu items
• Ensure the cafe is properly stocked, clean, and organised
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure cleanliness throughout shift

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, punctuality, reliability, and a calm, positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy periods
• Have good food hygiene and safety practices
• Confident cooking skills and ability to follow recipes
• Minimum 1 year cooking experience in hot kitchen (griddle, deep fryer, etc)
• Physically and mentally fit
