DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive general dental care services, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive, restorative, and emergency dental procedures, at the Company's designated dental clinics.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Build and maintain strong patient relationships to promote patient satisfaction, retention, and continuity of care.
Actively contributes to the growth of the practice by supporting patient acquisition, providing excellent patient experiences, and participating in practice development initiatives.
Accurately maintain patient records and ensure timely completion of clinical documentation in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Charge professional fees and collect payments in accordance with the Company's established billing, financial, and administrative procedures.
Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, clinic staff, and management to ensure smooth clinic operations and optimal patient care.
Comply with the Company's clinical protocols, infection control standards, workplace safety requirements, and quality assurance policies.
Attend and actively participate in Company meetings, training sessions, continuing education programs, and corporate events as required.
Undertake clinical, administrative, operational, or management responsibilities as assigned to support the Company's business objectives.
Perform any other duties, projects, or ad hoc assignments as reasonably assigned by the Company or immediate supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Fully registered with Singapore Dental Council (SDC)
Healthway Medical is one of Singapore's largest private outpatient medical service providers. It offers quality healthcare services across the medical value chain in family medicine, dentistry, paediatrics, orthopaedics, sports medicine, aesthetic medicine and healthcare benefits management. The Group operates 11 medical practice groups, comprising more than 100 clinics. Each medical practice group has an established brand presence and has its own medical specialisation, market positioning and service proposition. They include Healthway, Singapore Family Clinic, Silver Cross, Peace, Aaron, Universal, Singapore Baby & Child Clinic, Paediatric Centre, Island Orthopaedic Group and NeuGlow.
