As a Project Administrator you will be working as part ofour Project Management (PM) team, providing essential administrative and coordination support across a range of cyber security clients and engagements. You will help ensure our project teams have the information, documentation and processes they need to deliver work effectively and provide a great experience for our clients. Whilst the Project Managers remain accountable for project delivery, client communication and commercial performance, the Project Administrator will provide the coordination and administrative support that enables PMs to focus on those responsibilities.
This role will require you to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be managing multiple tasks at the same time and be responsible for supporting successful client delivery. It is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working with different teams and bringing structure and organisation to a busy environment.
Milestones, deadlines, deliverables and actions
Coordinating meetings, agendas, actions and follow-ups
Supporting timesheet tracking, invoicing and other project administration processes
Coordinating with internal teams including Consultants, Account Directors and Finance
Helping to ensure projects follow our internal processes and governance requirements
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make the PM team's day-to-day work more efficient
Providing general coordination support across the wider PM function as required
Whom are you and, what we're looking for:
You’ll ideally have:
Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, project support or similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time-management skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
A willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Curious and comfortable asking questions when something isn't clear
The confidence to communicate with people at different levels across the organisation

The skillset for finding 0days, writing exploits, developing RATs and other aligned activities lies within the consultancy team at Reversec Pte Ltd. rather than within development teams or being outsourced.
As an example, Reversec Pte Ltd. consultants were responsible for creating tools, such as Incognito, which became a key component of Metasploit and introduced new techniques into the penetration testing world. This research is, and will continue to be an integral part of the way Reversec Pte Ltd. consultants operate.
