We are looking for a versatile Business System Analyst cum Software Developer who enjoys solving business puzzles. In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be a consultant to our internal teams. You will sit down with users, understand their manual "pain points," design a streamlined digital workflow, and then build the small-scale applications or integrations on AWS to make it happen.

This role is about "Efficiency First." You will be tasked with looking at our showrooms and warehouses to find where data gets stuck. You'll design and build the digital bridges that ensure when a customer buys a bed, our warehouse, delivery team, and finance systems all talk to each other.

Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering (50%)

• Consult with Stakeholders: Meet with various business units to map out existing workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Solution Design: Translate vague business "wants" into clear technical "requirements."
• Process Improvement: Actively suggest ways to automate manual tasks and streamline data flow across the organization.

2. Applications Management (25%)

• System Maintenance: Provide support to business systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, Shopify, Sales Order App, Delivery App, NetSuite, etc).
• AWS Implementation: Deploy and manage applications within an AWS environment.

3. Apps/Web Development (25%)

• App Creation: Build and maintain small internal applications (e.g., requisition tools, tracking systems, or automation scripts).
• Integration: Connect existing SaaS platforms (like NetSuite or D365 BC) with custom-built tools to ensure data consistency.
• Prototyping: Rapidly build "proof of concept" tools to test ideas with users before full-scale deployment.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in a role that combined coding with direct user interaction.
• The "Bridge" Skill: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and vice-versa.
• Development: Proficiency in JS/NodeJS/Python/PHP and experience with SQL.
• Analytical Mindset: A natural curiosity about how businesses work and a "product-owner" mentality.
• Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS services and basic cloud architecture.
• Applications: Prior exposure with D365 BC, NetSuite, Shopify preferred.
