C&Q Compliance Support – Singapore – Initial 24-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Our client is currently seeking the skills of a C&Q Compliance Support to assist their team. Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth. With their Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing network growing rapidly, they are committed to growing their portfolio of commercial biologics products supplied worldwide – and this is your opportunity to be involved!

What You’ll Deliver

• Ensure CQV activities are executed in accordance with the Commissioning & Qualification Execution Plan and associated project plans.
• Develop and implement C&Q strategies, procedures, and execution methodologies within the assigned scope.
• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of C&Q schedule activities to meet project milestones.
• Lead and guide the preparation of C&Q documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment across systems and functional areas.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive alignment on commissioning, qualification, and compliance activities, while supporting change control processes and maintaining GMP compliance standards.
  
  

Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional or higher-level qualification.
• Experience with Risk-Based Validation (RBV) methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively under tight project deadlines.
• Experience with digital validation platforms (e.g., Kneat, Veeva, ValGenesis).
• Knowledge of GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments.
