Site Operation - manage daily site activitives,coordinate work sequences, and monitor physical building progress.
Safety & Compliance - Enforce workplace safety and health regulation, conduct safety check, and maintian hazard logs.
Resource Coordination - Supervise labor teams, deploy subcontractors, and manage the delivery of materials and heavy equipment.
stakeholder Communication - Act as the bridge between project managers, engineers, and local statutory authorities.
Quality Control - Inspect workmanship regularly to ensure compliance with technical specification.
