Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Developer Salesforce Lead to lead the technical design, development, customization, integration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project managers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and detailed design specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, workflows, triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration technologies.
• Perform technical analysis and recommend appropriate Salesforce standard functionality versus custom development.
• Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and production defects.
• Design and implement Salesforce data migration and data transformation solutions.
• Work with architects to ensure solutions meet scalability, security, performance, and maintainability requirements.
• Manage Salesforce deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Support CI/CD and DevOps processes using tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or similar tools.
• Monitor Salesforce governor limits and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with QA teams to support test planning, defect resolution, and release activities.
• Provide technical documentation, solution design documents, and implementation guidelines.
• Participate in technical discussions, estimations, code reviews, and project planning.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Salesforce developers and help improve development practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of REST API, SOAP API, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Salesforce triggers, batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and future methods.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment and release management.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI/SFDX, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
• Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits and application performance optimization.
• Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is an advantage.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
