Agentic AI Lead – Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an Agentic AI Lead to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems for enterprise workflows. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, and production AI engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases.
• Build agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and similar frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or ADK.
• Develop AI copilots/agents for troubleshooting and incident management.
• Implement reasoning, planning, memory, tool-calling, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Design RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval optimization.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
• Implement guardrails, evaluation, observability, and Responsible AI controls.
• Deploy and optimize production AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Lead/mentor engineers and contribute to architecture and solutioning.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM applications, and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Strong Python, REST API, and asynchronous programming skills.
• Hands-on LangGraph and LangChain experience.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, tool calling, memory, planning, and reasoning.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud AI platforms.
