Job Description

• Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets
• Identify and approach potential customers through conducting lesson. The role does not involve outdoor or external sales prospecting
• Deliver quality lessons with excellent manners and professionalism
• Assist customers to find the most appropriate cooking or baking plan
• Attend to all customers proactively and accountable for the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and tools
• Motivate and inspire the customers during lessons

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role in any industry. Training will be provided for culinary/baking skills to conduct trial lessons.
• Friendly personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• A degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
