As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand, delivering an outstanding customer experience through personalized service and a passion for our products. In this role, you’ll help to drive sales, maintain visual and operational standards, and foster lasting customer relationship. Success in this role combines exceptional customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
Engage customers with genuine interest and warmth, helping them navigate product choices and feel welcome. Understand individual needs, offer tailored recommendations, and provide a world-class shopping experience.
Sales & Performance
Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets, while contributing to key performance indicators (KPIs). Take initiative in learning about promotions, new products, and sales strategies.
Fashion Knowledge & Product Expertise
Stay informed on fashion trends and new product lines, especially within the luxury sector. Use your knowledge to advise customers, ensuring each is informative and memorable.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively to create a consistent and exceptional customer journey. Share insights with colleagues to enhance the store’s collective expertise and performance.
Visual Merchandising & Store Standards
Support visual merchandising initiatives by upholding display standards, ensuring that products are presented attractively and maintaining a tidy, inviting store environment.
Daily Operations
Contribute to smooth daily operations, including maintaining stock rooms, assisting with inventory, and performing cashier duties accurately. Adhere to company policies and procedures to support operational efficiency.
Sales Coordination
Assist the sales team by managing schedules, processing sales orders and returns, and coordinating between the sales floor and warehouse teams for seamless order fulfilment.
