Job Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome patients, manage patient flow, and schedule appointments

· Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies

· Attend to inbound calls and assist with patient enquiries

· Assist healthcare professionals during patient examinations and procedures

· Submit insurance claims and issue tax invoices

· Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential medical documentation

· Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns

· Provide concierge assistance for patients to and from MRT stations or drop-off points, when required

· Perform general administrative duties to support the efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic



Requirement:

· Minimum GCE “N” or “O” Level qualification

· Fluent in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients)

· Prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Customer service-oriented with a willingness to learn
