岗位职责
To manage and prepare all the cost estimates for tender projects.
To manage and prepare all the claims, sub-con and payment for on-going projects.
Prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers.
Certify and evaluate progress work done for both sub-con and main-con works.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by director.
Bachelor degree or Min NTC / Diploma Holder in Quantity Surveying/Building services.
Applicant with M&E Quantity Surveying experience will be an added advantage.
