Role: Full Stack Engineer

JD:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications aligned with business needs

• Translate functional requirements into practical technical solutions

• Build workflows, forms, and integrations to improve business processes

• Develop and integrate backend services and APIs

• Perform testing, debugging, and provide ongoing application support

• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability

• Support enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects

• Maintain clear documentation and follow development best practices

• Take ownership of assigned modules and contribute to end- to-end delivery

• Design and execute data migration, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness

• Analyse legacy data structures and map them to target data models

• Develop and optimise data migration pipelines and scripts

• Validate migrated data through reconciliation, testing, and quality checks

• Support cutover planning and execution for migration activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with Java-based development environments and frameworks

• Familiarity with SQL and Sybase database

• Exposure to API development and system integrations

• Experience with data migration-related activities and tools

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Exposure to system migration or modernization initiatives

• Familiarity with enterprise-scale applications or public sector projects

• Experience working in Agile or collaborative delivery environments
