The Role
The ambulance driver ensures safe and efficient transport of patients.

Key Result Area

• Responsible to drive the ambulance in accordance to all road safety and traffic rules
• Ensures prompt evacuation of patients from home to Parkway facilities for medical care
• Assist in portering patient for X-rays or to the wards for admission, or to home after discharge fro hospital if required
• To perform duties pertaining to care and maintenance of the ambulance

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Skills and knowledge
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Defensive Driving Course
• Navigational skills including use of GPS
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
