Role Overview

A premium skincare company is looking for motivated and well-connected individuals to join us as Commission-Based Sales Representatives.

This is a flexible, performance-driven opportunity suitable for individuals who enjoy sales, networking and building customer relationships.

You will be responsible for introducing and promoting a range of premium skincare products to potential customers and generating sales through your own network, referrals and other suitable channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell premium skincare products.

* Develop new customers through personal networks, referrals, social media and direct outreach.

* Introduce products and explain their features, benefits and recommended usage.

* Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.

* Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

* Identify potential B2B and corporate sales opportunities.

* Participate in selected promotional activities or events where required.

* Maintain a professional image when representing the company.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with attractive earning potential.

Commission will be paid based on successfully completed sales, with opportunities for additional incentives based on individual performance and sales achievements.

Who We Are Looking For

Candidates with backgrounds or networks in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, aesthetics, wellness, property, insurance, financial services, direct sales, corporate sales or business development are welcome.

Prior skincare experience is an advantage but not required.
