Key Responsibilities
• Wash and dry all soiled dishes, cutleries, utensils, pots, pans or cooking equipment using dishwasher or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
• Set up banquet tables
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
• Keeping any food trolleys or food preparation surfaces clean at all times.
• Sweep, scrub floors, clean garbage cans with water or steam.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand to van.
• To wear hair nets and plastic gloves whilst preparing food and drinks for consumption.
• Should communicate with staff/clients in a friendly manner.
• To wash up cuts, plates and cutlery in conjunction with their serving duties.
• To help with general cleaning duties.
• Monitor all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and ensure compliance to ENV regulations.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms and stores to comply with ISS standards and government legislation.
• Adhere to operating system and company’s regulations governing time and attendance, punctuality, grooming, uniform and discipline

Working Hours:

* Shift 1: 7.00am – 5.00pm

* Shift 2: 3.00pm – 9.00pm
