Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Batu Kawan. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring work is executed according to the project plan. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, monitoring the quality of work, ensuring safety protocols are followed, coordinating with different stakeholders, and preparing progress reports. The Site Supervisor will also handle any on-site issues and ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in construction supervision, site management, and quality control
• Proficiency in project planning, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders
• Familiarity with safety regulations and monitoring compliance on-site
• Experience in preparing progress reports and maintaining project documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Relevant certifications in construction management or related field preferred
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in the construction industry is an asset
