Position : Purchasing Executive

Report to : Head of Department

Job Description :

• Sourcing and negotiate for the best prices to match or lower than budgetary prices.
• Follow up and handle whatever inquiries from Estimation, Project, Store and other related departments.
• Prepare monthly report as per ISO or any other report as per department and management requirement.
• Keep and maintain an updated Material Pricing List regularly.
• Assist Superior on monitoring any oversea purchases.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company procedures and approval requirements.
• Assist other department to handle and solve quality problem when needed.
• To monitor and conduct the surveillance the effectiveness of the HSE system at the work place
• To supervise the implementation of HSE system at the work place and correct the workers in any violent of the HSE rule and procedure.
• To undertake other related jobs directed and assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements :

• Possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferably in Procurement/Logistics.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in this position.
• Posses good communication and negotiation skill.
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
