Responsible for overall day-to-day store and inventory operations and management.
Perform stock count / cycle count as needed and ensure inventory accuracy for both raw materials, consumables and finished good.
Manage and supervise workers on stock inventory and store processes such as FIFO system and shelf-life control compliance.
Implement and maintain 5S and ISO requirements and standards at the warehouse.
Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction and safety rules.
Provide timely and accurate reports and/or information on all inventory levels, receiving discrepancy and damage reports as needed in order to facilitate decision-making on store and inventory related matters.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as instructed from time to time.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Warehouse / Logistic Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 year's working experience in similar capacity or related field.
Computer literate and has knowledge of MS Office, familiar with SAP system is an added advantage.
Knowledge in store operations and responsible for all incoming and outgoing goods.
Task oriented mind-set and able to work in a timely and accurate manner.
Possess a strong sense of responsibility, urgency and commitment to efficiently meet deadlines.
Team player who is able to co-ordinate and work closely with others.
Good communication skills and able to work with Management and all levels of employees.
Possess a pro-active character for continuous improvement and changes of operations in the store.
