Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall day-to-day store and inventory operations and management.
• Perform stock count / cycle count as needed and ensure inventory accuracy for both raw materials, consumables and finished good.
• Manage and supervise workers on stock inventory and store processes such as FIFO system and shelf-life control compliance.
• Implement and maintain 5S and ISO requirements and standards at the warehouse.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction and safety rules.
• Provide timely and accurate reports and/or information on all inventory levels, receiving discrepancy and damage reports as needed in order to facilitate decision-making on store and inventory related matters.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as instructed from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Warehouse / Logistic Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year's working experience in similar capacity or related field.
• Computer literate and has knowledge of MS Office, familiar with SAP system is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in store operations and responsible for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Task oriented mind-set and able to work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, urgency and commitment to efficiently meet deadlines.
• Team player who is able to co-ordinate and work closely with others.
• Good communication skills and able to work with Management and all levels of employees.
• Possess a pro-active character for continuous improvement and changes of operations in the store.
