O'live & Write Hiring! Full Time Content - Creative Executive in - Ricebowl

Full-time | S$3,300/month

O’live & Write is looking for a multidisciplinary content creative who can take an idea from brief to final execution: across copy, design, photography and short-form video.

This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys doing a little bit of everything, but approaches their work professionally. You don’t have to be a specialist in every discipline, but you should be confidently competent across different areas of content creation, with at least one clear strength.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing content ideas and contributing to monthly content plans
• Writing captions, scripts, social copy and straightforward brand copy
• Designing polished static posts, carousels and other social assets
• Photographing and filming content for clients
• Editing short-form videos and reels from start to finish
• Translating client briefs into complete first drafts
• Adapting your writing and visual style across different brands
• Organising project files and managing deadlines responsibly
• Making revisions based on internal and client feedback
• Supporting shoots, campaigns, events and other creative projects when required

Who we're looking for:

• Around 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple content formats
• Confident in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Able to shoot and edit photography and short-form video
• Strong command of written English
• Good creative judgement and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating professionally with clients and team members
• Organised, dependable and able to manage multiple projects
• Able to work independently without needing every creative decision explained
• Open to feedback and able to apply it thoughtfully

You may be stronger in copy, design or video – we don’t expect one person to be exceptional at everything. What matters is that you can produce professional work across the different disciplines and take genuine ownership of what you create.

Role details:

• Full-time position

• Salary: S$3,300/month

• Based at O’live Studio, 77 High Street Plaza

• Some off-site client shoots and events will be required

• Singaporeans and PRs preferred
