About the Role

We are looking for responsible, technically minded, and service-oriented individuals to join our growing IT & Operations team.

Opportunities are available for both experienced IT professionals and entry-level candidates. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, maintain systems and devices, and assist with smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and day-to-day IT technical support to users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Assist with user account setup, access permissions, password resets, and basic system administration
• Monitor IT systems, devices, and network connectivity
• Respond to IT helpdesk requests and resolve technical issues promptly
• Maintain IT asset inventories, records, and documentation
• Assist with software installation, updates, patches, and system maintenance
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and common business applications
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
• Assist with data backup, security procedures, and IT compliance
• Follow company IT policies, security standards, and procedures
• Identify recurring technical issues and assist with process improvements
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, installations, and office setups where required

• Basic knowledge of computers, networking, hardware, and software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is an advantage
• Knowledge of IT support tools, ticketing systems, or remote-support software is a plus
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, or a related field is preferred
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, technical support, system administration, or IT operations is an advantage

IT Helpdesk / Technical Support: Suitable for entry-level candidates and individuals with limited experience.

IT Operations: Previous experience with system administration, infrastructure, networks, IT assets, or operational support is preferred.

Senior / Team Lead Roles: Relevant IT experience and team-management or project experience preferred.
