• Position: IT Project Manager
• Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
• Role Overview :The position assists in overseeing day-to-day project operations, vendor deliverables, cross-functional user coordination, milestone tracking, and risk management, with a primary focus on driving the successful rollout and implementation of Workday Financial Management (Finance) across the organization. The role is responsible for tracking project activities, monitoring & highlighting any risks & delays, and coordinating with various stakeholders including internal business stakeholders, external implementation partners, and technology teams. Working closely with users to ensure project requirements, user acceptance testing, and change initiatives are smoothly delivered, this position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Applications (Enterprise Applications)

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, or system rollout support. Prior experience with Workday Financial Management implementation (e.g., Core Financials, General Ledger, AP/AR, Procurement, Expenses, or Financial Reporting) is highly preferred. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts, Agile/Waterfall project methodologies, and tools like ServiceNow or Google Sheets. Excellent coordination and follow-up skills, strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships effectively
