Sales Operations Executive
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams. You will help ensure quotations, customer orders, delivery arrangements and records are handled accurately and on time.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys coordination, administration, customer communication and working with different teams. Training will be provided on our service offerings, sales processes and internal systems.
What you will do
Support the sales team in tracking enquiries, quotations, opportunities and contract-renewal dates.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and related documents accurately and on time.
Update customer information, order status and sales records in the company’s systems.
Coordinate with operations, procurement and other internal teams to support smooth service or product fulfilment.
Track order and delivery progress, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate delays or exceptions to the relevant manager.
Respond to customer enquiries on quotations, orders, invoices and delivery status in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain organised records for quotations, orders, deliveries, customer correspondence and supporting documents.
Assist in monitoring inventory or consumable stock records and flag possible shortages to the relevant team.
Prepare basic sales and operational reports using Excel.
Support follow-up on customer feedback and help coordinate resolutions with the appropriate internal team.
Carry out other sales-administration and coordination duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or relevant experience in sales administration, customer service, administration, operations coordination, retail, logistics or facilities services.
Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
Comfortable communicating with customers and internal colleagues by email, telephone and WhatsApp.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage several follow-ups at the same time.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Willingness to learn new systems, products and operational processes.
A positive, responsible and service-oriented attitude.
