We Are Hiring: Resident Engineer
We are seeking a Resident Engineer to ensure that construction works are carried out in compliance with contract requirements, design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensure compliance with project specifications, construction drawings, and the Building Control Act and Regulations.
Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including maintaining and submitting relevant records.
Provide comprehensive support and assistance as directed by the Superintending Officer and/or Professional Engineer.
Review and evaluate the Contractor’s temporary works to ensure safety and compliance with applicable regulations.
Verify that the Contractor’s work procedures align with the approved method statements and relevant workplace safety and health regulations. Where necessary, instruct modifications to ensure full compliance.
Conduct inspections of completed works and prepare a list of defects, if required.
Any other works assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field'
Possesses a Residential Engineer Certificate
Preferably with HDB Project Experience
Preferred Attributes:
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Proactive problem-solving mindset.
